Visited this place for the first time to get my brow lamination and tint done, and I absolutely loved the experience! Jade was so welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy throughout the process. My brows turned out amazing — exactly what I wanted. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

I have visited many eyebrow specialists prior to NuMe by Jade, and on each occasion I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with both the results and the overall experience. I am now three days post‑touch‑up following my eyebrow tattooing, and I could not be happier with the results. The shape and colour are absolutely perfect and complement my features beautifully. I booked a brow lamination and had such a great experience! The place is small and cozy, which makes you feel comfortable straight away. Jade is such a lovely person — super warm, friendly, and professional. She did an amazing job on my brows and explained everything, giving me great advice as well. I walked out completely satisfied and happy with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

Jade is absolutely amazing, the best eyebrow and eyelash technician in Canberra. She was patient and attentive to my eyebrow lamination, tint and shape. I was completely inundated with complements. And the lash lift - absolutely wow! I haven’t had a lash lift like that for ages. I definitely will be back!

Love my Korean Lash Lift and Brow Lamination experience with Jade! My lashes didn't just improved in length but also in thickness with the lift! My brows were beautifully sculpted and tinted that I can't stop looking at them! Jade is such a lovely, warm and friendly lady who I find not only to be meticulous at her work but at the same time takes great consideration to your personal needs and preferences. She explained every step before, during and after the treatments. Every process is well thought out and I'm greatly impressed that she has quality eye drops to wash off any possible stinging in the eyes, something I've never seen before in previous appointments from others. The salon is relaxing and inviting with a big bonus on how there are plenty of free parking close by. Highly recommended and will be coming back for more!
